SDW100 Last Minute Fundraiser!!!

This is a last minute campaign to raise a small amount of money for the Matthew Elvidge Trust (https://www.thematthewelvidgetrust.com/). Matthew Elvidge was a bright, energetic and caring young man, who had everything to live for and yet, aged 23, took his own life after a very short period of anxiety and depression. I did not know Matthew but have been touched by his story and the incredible campaigning work carried out by his family and friends following his death.
Mental health is a topic that hopefully is becoming less taboo for people to discuss but there is so much more to be done.
I am running the South Downs Way 100 race on Saturday 9th June and would love to help the Matthew Elvidge Trust. The race is a 100 mile trail race starting in Winchester and progressing east along the length of the South Downs Way, finishing in Eastbourne. Information about the race is here: http://www.centurionrunning.com/races/south-downs-way-100-2018
Please consider donating £1 but more importantly i'd be so grateful if you could share this campaign with anyone you know who may be affected by mental health issues, in whatever way. I would like people to know that help and support is out there, and that it is ok to talk about these things. Every penny you donate will go towards helping people talk more about mental health and getting help when they need it.
Thank you so much and happy running.
